Headphones Amplifier: which one?

I would like to buy one with two phones jacks cause it makes me crasy to crawl under the table to my mac rear panel to change phones each time i want to test my sound on different phones.
Does someone use an amplifier? Budget is not less than 500$ prefferably well known brand.

I don't do much critical work with headphones, but I have a couple of those $50 4-channel Rolls headphone amps that work just fine.

I ordered a G100 from Lake People, which shipped Tuesday. Seemed to have a good reputation. Has both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced inputs on rear (RCA - asked for BNC which are NOT available) with two 1/4 jacks with volume knob on front. Price shipped to US was 450 euros ($600). Not sure how long it will take to arrive.
