unknown EMT strip!

Hi Folks,

I've had this strip (photos below) in the studio for a while and I'm wondering a) what it is, and b) whether it would be something that could be made into a lunchbox.
Anybody ever saw one of those?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

No, just the one,
So do you reckon the "filter" part (there seems to be a HP filter and a LP filter) can be used as a standalone EQ? There's no preamp, right?
Is it any use at all if not part of a whole M100?

Thanks for your responses
