Thread Starter | help with hooking up compressor into 1640i
i have a 3632 comp, that i wanna use for snare and kick compression for live perfomances. pictured here. http://cachepe.zzounds.com/media/qua...1f212efc92.jpg Into the back here. in the mackie manual it says to have a trs Y leaded into 2 ts cables with the sleeve being the being the common. i have the trs end into the insert of the channel and the 2 ts ends into the input/outputs of the comp. i can get signal into the compressor and it shows it compressing the signal in the level meters, but the sound is not being compressed. ok guys, for those searching this problem, make sure the bypass switch is pressed in to "compress"  |
