Matrix/grid controllers as alternatives to Novation Launchpad

I'm looking for any kind of controller with a matrix/grid layout. It can have any dimensions but wider than 8 on at least one side.

I found this blank "programmable keyboard" that would be perfect if it were just a simple keyboard without all the other functions that boost the price over $500

Any suggestions?

I think AKAI still makes some grid button controllers.
