Samplers - slicing Samples

I like to used chopped up samples in "ancient" hardware (see my sig).

At the moment i am warping and tuning my samples in Ableton Live, then Freeze them and open the "freez" wav file in Wavelab. There i chop it into several pieces, record them in my hardware and trigger them by midi.

I would like a faster way to do that but stay with Ableton to warp and tune, any suggestions? Cheers!

have you tried Ableton's "slice to midi" feature ? I suspect you might be one click away from what you're looking for......

Actually i did. The problem is that this does not export audio files. Since i often use the SP-12 i still want to speed the samples up before recording them in my hardware. To "slice to wav" would be the perfect soltion i guess...
