Anyone have experience with SMPro Audio products?

Was looking for the Violet Audio Passive Volume Control, but it looks like they've changed names or been bought by SMPro. Anyone know anything about their products? The M-Patch 2 looks like it'll suit my needs at home quite nicely:

2 ins, 2 outs, headphone out, mono switch, passive volume. They said it would be available in the states in 4 weeks. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about their general product quality.

Thanks!
