Gearslutz 2012 NAMM Saturday Dinner MEETUP?

Planning to go to the NAMM show that weekend so....

Thinking fellow members could meet at a restaurant, near the Convention Center, for a Saturday dinner get together. Maybe we could even
"smuggle" in an acoustic guitar, or trusty ukelou-lou (ala Bullwinkle

), if the place is O.K. with that. Or how an arm wrestling match between Fletcher
and Mixerman? (just kidding).

Anyone else want in on 1/21/2012??? (USCF Chessmaster here-so I plan ahead!

Thanks for posting guys.

Was thinking (again) either this dinner/meetup could either be at somewhere close to the Anaheim Convention Center.

Or...

Somewhere more scenic near the beach, ala Newport Beach or Huntington Beach, that'd still be easy for "out of towners" to find.

FWIW here's what I'm planning to do...

To be at the Mi Casita restaurant, in the Anaheim Plaza Hotel, by 7:30PM
on Saturday 1/21/12.

Thanks again guys...

It seems the heavy rainstorm in Orange County, in the morning, was "most" of the rain for today. A radio report said it ought to be easing up the rest of the day.

BTW much apppreciate it Jules for placing this in the news section.

Sorry for any confusion, but...

Am typically a "set & forget" kind of person, so I WAS there at precisely 7:30PM. This was the point of the specific thread title.

Would have been 20 minutes early-took that long to escape the Hilton's parking lot!

One GS member ended up showing (great guy BTW), so it was "all good"
