So... how do I get into Summer NAMM?

The website says...

The NAMM shows are not open to the public. Only companies which are currently doing business in the music products industry will qualify to attend.

But I live here in Austin and I've never been to NAMM... and I've always wanted to go. Are there any secrets or do I have to get a job at guitar center for a couple months?

Or as a studio owner can I become a member of NAMM?

Just walk around with a clipboard and look busy. No, really, I'm sure you can find some temp work for them to be able to get in.. you know, just like for SXSW.
