I had the same promblem twice with my Glyph drive....the first time the drive had actually crashed.....When I contacted Glyph I told them I thought the drive crashed and asked them if they could retrieve what was on there because i didnt back up everything (me bad)...anyway they fix the drive and retrieved everything...........the second time my scsi cable werent seated correctly or became slightly loose........I shut my computer down unhooked everthing connected to the Glyph drive and reconnected it......It did appear on my desktop after I did that.
