Thread Starter | The Head & The Heart
Heard this band on Letterman tonight and they were really good. Kind of one of these "new" folk, new country, hipster bands but they weren't as "affected" as some of these "new" folk bands can be and not as annoyingly calculated as some of the new country bands can be. Good material and real good performance.

Not trying to start a fight. But, I could never get behind their sound. It sounds very forced to me. And I love that genre of music. Go figure.

Their style is definitely not for everyone, but having recorded them and known them a while, I can tell you they're the real deal for sure. Super talented singers/songwriters, and genuinely cool, sweet people. I'm a fan.
