reason users... matrix editor question

Well, it depends on what genre of music you're into I think. In electronic music, what most people do with the Matrix is hook it up to a synth and do 'sequencing'. It has a button for swing just like the ReDrum. So, if you're swinging the drums, you can swing the bass/lead line as well. Also, you can also hook up the Matrix to any of the other cv inputs to control filter, delay, etc. I have seen some very complex routings.

hip hop (sort of).... yeah I thought about messing with some of those 'complex routings' but never got around to it. Maybe I'll get back after it one of these days. As for bass lines... im not much a fan of step editing bass lines, very mechanical sounding... maybe the swing function can fix that but i'd just as soon play the damn thing. Thanks for the input tho.
