How is this equipment?

I am new to the world of studio recording and was given the opportunity to work at a local studio. I was wondering if you guys could fill me in as to what equipment this studio is using so I can do some research to better understand what he has. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben

Looks like plenty of nice stuff....looks a little like some guys studios here in town

What are you looking to do, that's what's important. What's also more important than the gear, is what the enigneers sound is like. What's he/she worth?

The studio is looking for an engineer to run sessions, track vocals and have above average/basic mixdown skills

ok..from what I can see.

Pro-Tools HD rig (not sure how many cards) with 2 192 I/O's, a control 24 worksurface, a pair of DBX 160X's, a pair of Distressors, a Avalon 737, a pre-sonus central station (I think), an Alesis M1 (I think), a pair of ns-10's, a pair of KRK V6's or V8's, and a 17" cinema display. I'm gonna go out on a whim and guess the mac is a G4 mirror door.....

yeah, and a pair of Tannoys. Maybe System 15's.

So are you considering whether or not you should record there or whether or not you should take the engineer's position?
