Help with a Simms-Watts Vocal Blender

so I'm walking down the St and see one hanging out for sale. its basically a vocal Pa 100 watts 4 or 6 channel mixer with an echo effect built in. anybody have any info on these? foun 1 for cheap for sale on eBay , but it's a German auction. if I bought it, I'll wanna know how to repair it if need be but really I'm wondering if it's even worth purchasing as far as weird vintage gear is concerned.

anybody have any idea? is this a buy for as cheap as possible and have fun with it? I would prolly run some synths thru it and various mic'ed instruments perhaps.
