Thread Starter | Will putting my preamp close to the computer cause problems?
I have a Great River ME1nv and an Imac g5...new desk (creation station from GC) is on the way...is it okay to put the preamp on the shelf next to/under the Imac? It will be very close to the computer... Thanks for the help...this may be a dumb question but I just want to be sure either way. Waffle Waitress PS...I ordered a Speck eq today too! The one with the tranny...can't wait to check it out. |

Should`t be a promblem, with quality proper screened products you mention. Might be a problem near some screens. Matti |

Use the Stratocaster test. Put that guitar up to the gear in question. Hear a bunch of crap from the amp? Move it away. Jim Williams Audio Upgrades |

but wait...I only play "nice" guitars! If I did the strat noise test I would be throwing everything out! (just joking around) Thanks for the ideas... |
