NYC Gearslutz Production Workshop.......???

I just read the Michael Wagener Production workshop thread and was wondering if any of you engineer super-slutz in the New York City area would be interested in offering a local workshop on basic recording/mixing techniques? Anyone else interested in attending an event like this?? There is so much local talent and great space in NYC - it'd be great to get some training from an uber-experienced pro, get some questions answered, and also try out some different gear read about but never heard in action. Thought I’d throw the idea out and see if there is any interest.

I believe that Mike Caffrey at Monster Island Studios was/is offering a recording workshop.

That's mostly for indiviudals, but I could set something up for a group if there was interest.

Would you be interested in a specific subject or an overall recording and mixing workshop?

I know that I'd be interested.

Most of what I do now is pure vanilla VO for auditions, I would love to learn a bit more if someone were willing to offer
