How do I... MySpace question...

Hi

I know how to invite people to be my MySpace friend, and I know how to add them to my list, but how do I request to be added to someone else's friends list?

Thanks!

Shaun

You have to find their profile and it's in the lil menu deal under their main picture.

Thanks :-) but what do I actually do? I can't find a 'request to be added to friends list' type option, just 'send message', 'add to friends' etc.

HELP!

There it is, that last one. Click "add to friends" and it tells you that a request has been sent to them. They don't show up as a friend until they log in and hit "approve."

So if I want to get added to someone's friends list, I use that too? Then if they say 'yeah, I wanna be your friend', we both end up in each other's list?

Ta :-)

Click "Add to Friends" it than sends them a request that you want to add them, they click yes or no. If yes, you both automatically appear on each others friends list.

I don't find MySpace the easiest website to use - it's a little cluttered, messy, and unless you know things like inviting a friend and them saying yes will place both of you in each other's friends list, it's not very transparently obvious. I like websites that don't make your brain hurt when you look at them, because there is so much to take in - I must be a minimalist at heart, cause I don't consider myself a dummie, and I wouldn't suggest that anyone else is, especially in an environment that is designed to encourage people to exchange information and ideas.

Well, it is 3.06am and maybe I'm being a little sensitive :-)
