Help creating sampler instruments

Hi folks.

So a friend of mine gave me a library of Quantum horns. Problem is, there are no sampler instrument files associated with the samples. So basically I have a bunch of folders titled like this, "Quantum One A, Quantum One B... Quantum Two C...." and inside those, there are folders "Volume 001, Volume 002....." and inside those are the samples, "T1LGMA#2.aif, T1LGMA3.aif, T1LGMB3.aif... etc."

I use Reason NNXT and want to load them in there, but don't have any idea how I could do that without going completely crazy.

I also have some other types of samples that have "AK" writted on the folder name. I'm assuming that those are AKAI format, but once again have no idea how to make sampler instruments out of them without going crazy.

How can I organize all this data?!

Thanks
Adam

If all of the information about how the multisamples should be organized is gone, and you now have only the raw samples, I think you're out of luck. Unless you really want to try setting up all those keyboard maps and velocity crossfades by hand. Yack.

Augh. That's what I figured.

Anyone out there have a sample file for the Quantum horn libraries? Miroslav strings? Prague strings? New York Drums? Sonic Reality Drums? Vintage Time Traveler?

just a shot in the dark, but what the heck.

Thanks for your help.
