Best pitch shifting program/algorithm?

Hey all,
Whats the best pitch shifting algorithm for whole mixes.
Ive used Wavelab and its not great or am i doing something wrong.

i dont have pro-tools pitch'n'time Ive heard this is great b ut are there any other alternatives, stand along programs???
I also have cubase SX, Ive heard the algorithm in there is OK.

Prosoniq time stretch is a great prog to change the tempo. Not sure if they make
something that changes key or anything. I use acid to transpose
