Thread Starter | How do I know how much to quote?
Not really a Gear topic, but I need to quote an advertising agency for an MCPS buyout to allow them unlimited broadcasting rights of one of my soundtracks across Europe. Does anyone know of an internet resource where I can get a good idea what to quote them? |

Speak to PRS/MCPS. http://www.mcps-prs-alliance.co.uk/contactus/ You need to know as much as possible about what they are buying out before you sell. A worldwide usage for a big TV ad campaign could be worth tens of thousands. Alternatively they may be using it for something which doesn't generate much income (Cinema ad only for instance) By the way it's PRS you need for broadcast rights. MCPS is for mechanicals.
