Thread Starter | Quick Clarification....
I am looking at both the Focusrite ISA428 w/digital card and the Mackie ONYX 400 as step-up possibilities for an outboard front-end pre/AD converter/clock for my M-Audio ProjectMix. DA will be handled by either a Lavry or Mytek. The ONYX does not have ADAT I/O while the ISA428 does. I would like to try recording the four channels at 88.2 and am wondering if this can be done across spdif. I know it can via ADAT . From my research, it seems spdif is only two channel? Thanks and PMI |
