Final Project Studio Setup Woes

Ok guys, Im almost finished with my "Project Studio" to be "Pro Studio" purchases, and its been a crazy headache the past few months with money and decisions on what I want to be "set" before I officially open the doors as a buisness.

I have been running PTLE for a few years and have now just made the jump to HD. I have a Big Ben and a Rosetta 200 on the LE system which I love.

I just bought a 16 channel Trident Dream. . . I want to mix ITB and OTB. Decent rooms monitors etc etc. Im only worried about the rest of my AD/DA conversion in my setup, I know how crucial it is.

I have two Digi96 I/Os already, but havent opened them yet, while I wait for the Dream to arrive. People have been trashing the 96's saying they sound less than stellar, but much sound better with the Big Ben. Is it worth returning them for two Rosetta 800's w/ the HD card or if I use the 96's and send my final mixes through my Rosetta 200 to the 2bus will it not matter if Im going Rosetta the whole way beforehand?

This has been a brainburner for months for me and none of my friends or sales people are helping much. . . and its down to the wire! Please my fellow slut friendz help me out!

Thanks much,
Jeff

I mix and record on both 96 and 192 interfaces all the time....haven't put them back to back, but i can't really tell any difference, and no producer i've ever worked with has ever noticed....anyway, so many great records were made with 888 converters and these are better so, i wouldn't sweat it.
