Thread Starter | audio snake help / questions
I have a few questions about audio snakes I really never used one before and I don't want to buy one if it doesn;t serve my need. Right now im using the digi rack 003 and a presouns d8 so I can record 16 tracks at once. My question is all my mic cables are 15ft and I dont feel like going out and buying 25ft mic cables. my question is 1. Can a audio snake act as a extender for my short XLR cables and can I use phantom power through them ? 2. Can I also use the 1/4 plugs to run my DI boxes into them and run them into my DAW ? please help me im so new to the audio snakes and I can really use the advise thanks in advance    |
