CAD customer service is great

I know it's been said before, but I'm saying it again.

I bought a used M179 that quickly developed noise problems. I emailed CAD, and John Web replied immediately with an RA number, no questions asked. I sent it in, and less than two weeks later i took delivery of a brand new microphone.

This goes way beyond "reasonable" service, IMO. I kind of feel bad, really, as I feel a service charge would have been totally appropriate for an out-of-warranty item. I hope to earn back some karma points by buying more CAD products in the near future.

I agree, Jeff Beck from CAD has helped me quite a bit also!
