Fan noise on QSC power amp

Anyone know of a quick fix to quieten the fan on a QSC power amp driving my studio monitors? Is there an after-market fan that i can substitute?

Yes...I know there is a power switch for the jokers amongst you

For those of us not able to setup a mechanical room this is an issue. DAW owner's are always trying to find ways of quietening down cooloing fans.
I'm sure someone out there has experimented with the noise issue on power amps in the small studio.

Do I have to sell this thing and buy a Hafler instead?
