The rolled up stuff..

What if I attacht that to the backwall of my studio.
Put add 1 inch of MDF or another thick material on top of that
Put acoustic foam on top of THAT

That'd be 3 layers.

That in combo with the curtains opposite of the room in front of the wall w/ the windows AND acoustic foam on the sidewalls (300 cm width X 100cm height in the middle of the sidewalls).

What effect would that have?

If you are going to use MFD, seal it tight and put that stuff on the wall behind it. make sure to only support the MDF around the edges and make panels of several sizes....

Better yet, build a wall 1-2 feet in front of the bricks using drywall and cover that with semi-ridgid fiberglass.

Low frequencies are a bi4ch in small rooms.......

It looks like stone wool, I think you should use fibre glass.

He mitch

about your question, I would say no
It should be (semi) riged. and it looks pretty flufy

Your in the netherlands right? (dutch advertisement)

I'm having the same problem as you
I emailed rockwool several times question about density-nrc etc
they just don't answer tutt
And those weasels @ gamma, bouwmark etc are complete clueless.
The only thing that might be something is
Bouwplaat 121

but again can't find it at gamma, praxis or whatever

Good luck
let me know how it worked out for you
