Acoustic question - Is OC 703 exactly 2x4?

I am building some frames for some 4" thick 2x4 acoustics panels this weekend, and I can't get the panels until Monday, so my question is, is OC 703 EXACTLY 2x4? I know that sometimes materials that say they are certain dimentions are actually larger, i.e. lumber...etc. I want to build my frames today, but if there's a chance they won't be the right size, I'll wait until I get the fiberglass.

There could be a 1/16 difference, but that is about it..

We use OC products all day, every day and we have found them to be consistently spot on in terms of measurement.

But, it is always good to have all of your materials together (especially those materials that are dependant on others) before your building commences. That way, you won't be surprised or dissappointed should things not "measure up".

Good luck,
