Presonus Eureka AD192 Digital Card

I just started recording with this preamp today and I love it..very very clean. i seen they have an upgrade with this converter you can insert into it. Does anyone have this? It's only 2 hundred bucks. Should I cop it or shop around for other converters? Do converters really make that big of a difference in your recording? Thanks in advance for any imput.
