use the 9v power.

the 4 pin won't power the unit anyway, so you must use the 9v power cable.

"The 9 Numbers" are for recalling saved "snapshots" of routing and levels of the mixer for when you want to use it stand alone, (not hooked up to your computer). Rob

Yiannis,

I think folks have already answered the two questions you've already asked about the ULN-2 concernign power and the numbers, no?

But you can download the manual here which will also explain it - ULN-2 Manual Download.

Good luck and welcome to the ULN-2 owners club - it's a seriously good piece of gear!

just called Metric Halo and they told me to use the 4 PIN power adapter.

My question that didn't get an aswer is if the fire wire ports are getting power from the 4 PIN adapter(when it is attached) or always are powered by the firewire buss?
