Anyone else order a UA 610 and still waiting??

Man, I ordered this awhile back and I cannot wait to get it my hands on it. I unloaded my lunchbox pres and I feel lost. lol.

Good think I get to go into the big studio and use the Fearn and Vari Mu to hold me over. lol.

I guess that UAD card promo really made it sell like hotcakes. Seriously though, finally I can have a nice channel strip. I'm pretty much over the lunchbox thing. It was like a phase with a new girl I guess. lol.

Isn't it with all gear though?

I was lucky. I got mine from thomann BEFORE they weren't available anymore.. I've looked at their status and it's been yellow for a while now..

So happy with mine.

I'm a little curios over this statement tho... Surely it depends on what you have in your lunchbox?

Yeah, it does definitely depend on what I had in my lunchbox. I was badly in need of some compressors for my pres. I know that was a part of my problem. I know also, that the 8 slots I had available was overkill for my situation. I think I will be much happier with a couple of channel strips or rackmounts.

There are some great 500 series products out there.
