Professional iPod dock?

Does anyone have anything they recommend. The deal is I want to use an iPod for running tracks live and need something rack mountable, foot controllable, etc. Thus far I have found the offerings from Numark and SMPro and they both have their limitations. can anyone suggest other options that have worked for them?

This is probably not what you are looking for (not rackmountable or anything) but ZVEX makes this really cool amp called the iMPAMP. He demos it with an iPod, and it looks awesome!

as far as I know this is the only one on the market that bypasses the shitty ipod D/A conversion...

Wadia Digital

My concern is much more stage control and hookup. The two I have found thus far are the SMPro DI Dock Live

SM Pro Audio

This has great connection features, but no track controls and isn't really road worthy. There is a foot switch input, but no footswitch has been developed by them yet. This makes me wonder if I can make one ala a guitar amp that would work, but that is a whole other thing.

And the Numark

iDEC A/V Playback and Recording Rack Interface for iPod

Reasonable controls (big buttons on dark stage = win) but all unbalanced RCA which means added DIs are needed.
