Is A-Designs done ???

I'm curious if anyone's heard rumors of A-designs coming out with anything new in the near future, or... have they blown their wad with the nail ??? ~klauth.

A-Designs is still very much alive and well!
Perhaps even more vital.

Just saw Peter this past weekend. He has some things in the pipes.
However I don't feel I'm at liberty to divulge.

If you only knew of all the cool stuff that Peter Montessi has coming out from both A Designs/Pete's Place Audio... your jaw would drop.
Just in case you didn't know, on any given product it takes years from the initial concept to a retail stores.
Just the beta testing of the Nail compressor took a year. So be rest assured, cool things are coming.

To be honest its the other way round for me. I admire a company that doesn't release something constant, make something great and let it be.
I expressed this about Apple in another thread, they have gone insane releasing the iphone 1,2,3,4 when they could have released the 3rd version to begin with with ease, those people are not dumb, they are sorta like Avid with a constant nab at your wallet.
Take a look at API, they have great gear to, look how long the 512, 525, 550a,b 560 have been staples in the market...........and do I hear..........still are.
I would think everyone has a little API in the house if its just for drums like myself.
Ah and then there is Neve, they release gear for life, why would they need to make a new product once a year......?
I mean.....we are SLUTZ but you don't have to be a street *****.
