Project studio treatment / proofing?

Happy New Year slutz..

I was wondering what you guys think about the treatment / proofing solutions offered by companys like primacoustics (esp. there london studio in a box system)?

Any one have any opinons?

Check out Ethan's site. He sells acoutic treatments, but also offers tons of free information and advice under his Acoustics Info and How To links.

Take a good look at <a href="http://www.realtraps.com/prices.htm">realtraps.com</a>. The price of one of those "London" kits would buy you a lot of mini-traps, and it's bass that's most difficult to deal with so a set of those might be more useful than an assortment of diffusers etc. - unless your room is really large.

That site also has useful links to information to help you build your own room treatment.
