Anyone ever heard of Orange County Electronics Master Channel?

I've got this old OCE 2U Rack unit I got at the Trenton NJ Computer Fest almost 10 years ago. It sounds great, but no one knows what it is, when I looked it up in a BlueBook back in 2000 it was rated at $1500.

It has 3 sections that can be removed out it's modular chassis:

Constant-Q Parametric EQ
Dynamic EQ
Stressor

It's a Class A electronics device because it pulls solid current the whole time it's on.

Does anyone know anything more about this company, when they existed and what else they manufactured?

It's an ADR F769X-R "Vocal Stresser" that somebody decided to copy under the company name of Orange County... for all intents and purposes it's an ADR "Vocal Stresser"... if that's what you're looking for they work and sound great [maybe even a tad better than the ADR but I'll not start that argument].
