build rack from VST plugins

Hi there, currently I use a bunch of VST plugins to create a particular effect, I was wondering if there is a rack mounted solution that does all the same thing.

EQ
High Pass Filter
Reverb
De-Esser
Compressor
Noise Gate
Delay (4/8 echos, auto tempo tap would be ideal)

I've found some like studiomaster that do most of the things that I want, but they are missing the De-Esser and the High Pass Filter.

Can't seem to find a decent box that does De-Essing and High Pass filter.

I know the eq can work like I hi pass filter but I'm specifically looking for a filter effect.

Thanks for checking out my post, hope you can help me out

TY
