Thread Starter | headphones clicking
I have a couple pairs of Sony MDR-7506 and when i start and stop playing any session in protools, they have a very high pitched click. this click doesn't happen on the monitors that i use, or on some other headphones i use while i mix. any ideas? |

If it does, then your monitoring situation sucks. And your editing. If it doesn't, you're f**ked. Perhaps there is something wrong with the phones. Is there another pair of MDRs around that you can compare yours to? Could be misaligned drivers. I don't know.
