ProTools to ADAT XT-20 transfer...HELP!

I need to transfer ProTools files to three ADAT XT-20 machines. Can anyone help? Straight transfer. No plugins. Seven songs. Four songs with an average of 16 to 18 tracks. Three songs with about four tracks.

you'll need BRC or JL Cooper ADAT sync to transfer full 24 tracks [3 ADAT]
What Protools system are we talking about?
ADAT Bridge [Mix system] or
192 i/O or 192 Digital Only?
Either system, just connect ADAT Optical into ADAT [you will need to connect both IN and OUT to get the right click]
In Protools, select PT as slave to ADAT
I assume you already know how to sync between BRC and PT with Midi Interface.
Don't forget to load all dithering plug ins set to 20 Bit to every tracks [if you transfer to 20 Bit]
