I need a vocal room in San Diego

I've got an indie project coming up this fall for an artist in San Diego. I'm tracking band tracks up here, and walking a kareoke two-track down there to track primary vocals. Soooo ...

I'm looking for a vocal room to use for a week or so to track primary vocals. Something within 20 minutes of downtown would be ideal. It needs to be an isolated room in a pro environment (no bedrooms, please), vibe and workflow environment are important. It's indie, so the budget's not massive.

The sound is female AC/CHR pop, so I need a mic/pre chain with a lot of clarity and expression. Think Blue, Avalon, ISA.

Logic 5.5+ is preferable, PT is fine, analog or PC DAW's won't work for this one.

I'm in Oceanside. 25 minutes from downtown. 3 blocks from the beach....super close to the Metro link. Much closer to L.A. if you have to jump back.

ISA,Avalon,Millenia,TL,Vintech, Manley , NeumanLA3, 4, 1176 disstresor.....
ProTools or Logic. super comfy,very friendly vibe. Not a bedroom.
If you need to be in the city proper, I can suggest a couple places right downtown.
