sidechain pumping effect without the sidechain hassle ?

hello

i'm searching for a simple MAC plugin (for Logic) that's synced to the host and does the classic electronic music pumping effect, without all the usual sidechain hassle.

just some kind of tremolo with an adjustable sawtooth (ramp up) tremolo would do the job, but i can't find any plug like that. i know it exists but i don't remember when i've read about it ...

thanks !

Logics own tremelo plug-in can be tweaked to create the effect you are after, but why you see the side-chain bussing as a hassle is beyond me.

Its a simple 3 step process: send desired trigger channel to bus, open compressor on desired reciever channel and select bus 1 in the top right corner sidechain list. Hardly a problem!

Plus by doing it the right way you are also 'de-muddying' your mix as clashing frequencies will be reduced.

i have a huge project going on, tons of tracks to make, and i have to export stems for all the songs ... and i use sidechain pumping a LOT.

simplifying the whole thing would be great !
