Thread Starter | cheap 2 channel Preamp recommendations
I need two "filler" preamps for use on a drum kit. I was thinking about either getting two Joe meek VC3q or the Art Tube 2. I don't want to spend over $300. I am leaning towards the VC3q for the color. What do you guys think? Any recommendations? Thanks

Pick up a used Presonus MP20. If you can find one with Jensen transformers that would be best. It is a great mic pre for the money. -Gary
