2 q's regarding UREI 545 and "70's sound"

hi,

i have 2 questions about the urei 545:

1: do i get it right, that, when people talk about it's 70's sound, then
it's the sound like when listening music through big old JBL monitors ?
not ULTRA low but deep tight bass and warm lower mids ?
(i also had this (german) 70's sound when listening today's radio through Grundig Audiorama speakers (the round ones, so maybe you mean this by 70's sound...

2: is there any eq you could recommend for sound like that or one that
compares to the urei ?

thanks a lot!

ps nevertheless i might be interested in 2x 545
