Al Greene "Simply Beautiful" tracking/mixing

Anyone have any info on the tracking/mixing of Al Greene's simply beautiful?

This is one of my all time favorites. between Rev. Al and the acoustic is sheer beauty. I'd love to be able to achieve this beauty
