Presonus Firestudio Mobile vs Focusrite Saffire Pro 24

which one has better preamps?
and which one has better no-latency recording?
and which is better in the long run?

I want to start to record vocals.I decide to buy Rhode NT1-A or NT2 and Firestudio Mobile too. So after searching on internet I saw that preamp of this Presonus is near what this microphone need. I cоuld not find much spec for saffire, but what I find i think Firestudio have better preamp spec.
So, I steel don't know what audiocard to take. Maybe I'm wrong.
So I need help too???

Check out the TC Electronics Impact Twin. I used to own one, and was very impressed with the quallity of the pre's. It's also cheaper...
