Rack cabinet width issue

Rack cabinet width issue
In short, my onyx 400f (the only gear with rack ears I currently own) does not fit into the 446mm gap between the rails in the rack cabinet (the onyx measures to be 449mm).

Is this just a design flaw of the onyx or bad quality control of the cabinet?

Any help would be much appreciated

Must be the cabinet. I've had my Onyx 400f in a couple different racks with no problems whatsoever.
