Thread Starter | NS10M problem, could it be the crossover?
Hi, I have a pair of Yamaha NS10m Studio monitors. After years of hiatus because of the blown tweeters, finally I replaced them with brand new replacement tweeters. But now, whenever I played them, the left speaker's tweeter is occasionally going off, and on again, off and on again. Sometimes it helps for me to raise the volume quite high, it sometimes triggers the left tweeters back on. Since the tweeters are brand new, could it be the crossover circuit that needs repair? If yes, what should I do? I'm not into electronics, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
