I emailed Chandler the other day about a questionable power supply issue and low and behold.

What is sitting on my porch today?

1 brand new power supply. No questions no hassles.

They didn't even ask me when I bought it. (which was only 3 months ago)

Just wanted to thank a company that understands the benefit of Customer Support.

Zero Downtime.

(BTW - I'm in NYC. I don't really have a porch.)

Wow! That's what I call customer service!

I've been eyeing some Chandler gear for some time and I think I'll go ahead and buy it seeing that their service is this great -- should support manufacturers like this!
