Stolen gear

I friend and bandmate had his house broken into Wednesday, 1-6-10. The gear taken was as follows:

1 Fender Jazz bass (1991), 1962 reissue, black, rosewood neck, tortoise
pickguard. Contains a Bartolini NTBT onboard preamp.

1 Fender Precision bass (1987), 1957 reissue, brown ashburst, maple neck,
gold pickguard.

1 Fender Precision bass (1976), black, maple neck, white pickguard.
Contains a Ravens Lab PBR-1 onboard preamp.

1 Fender Jaguar bass (2007), hot-rod red, rosewood neck, white pickguard.

1 OLP “Tony Levin” 5-String bass, orange, rosewood neck, pearl/white
pickguard. Contains a Basslines pick-up and preamp.

1 SWR 1X10 “Workingmans Series” amplifier. (1997).

1 black bag containing a Shure SM58 microphone, assorted cables, tuner,
tools, etc.

3 black, softshell bass cases. i being a “Roadrunner” case.

Any help in locating these would be huge. You can pm me here.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Pictures, locations and serial numbers would make helping possible
but still a longshot.
I'd kiss the SM58s goodbye.

Sorry to hear about this....

Had to be someone he knows, punks don't come prepared to haul off 5 basses and an amplifier, they would look a little obvious walking down the street with that kind of stuff. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about it, someone broke into my place not long ago and walked off with 3 Macs - I counted myself lucky because my wife wasn't in the house and my 1971 SG and Jazz bass where still happily on their stands.

I'd be inclined to agree with Pete, whoever did it knew what was there.

Hope you get your gear back.

The break in occured in Salem, MA.

Unfortunatley, he has no serial numbers. I can ask for photos. We also figure it someone we know or at least saw him lugging it in and out. It's scary.

Thanks,
Jonathan
