Hey Riv, I'm taking over the lease on a building that I've been in for the last year in Burbank. The place has been a post house since the 90's with various ADR and video rooms and production offices as well as a really nice mix room that has been focussed on post. I'm converting some lounge and office areas to a tracking room and taking the focus in a more music related direction. Seems crazy as TV and film post seem to command better and more consistent rates, but what can I say..... my gig is composing and producing music and I want a larger tracking area. We're still going to keep post audio capable and there's a video machine room and editing bay with all the video formats available for layback.

Anyway, trying to assemble a great creative environment and maybe it's something that might be of interest to you. Most everything right now is Pro Tools based with a big Pro Control setup in the main mix room so a more analog room might be a great complimentary addition to what's already here and vise versa. I've already seen the benefits here of a multi faceted type of collective open avenues for everyone that might not have been created on their own so that's why I opted to snag the building after the main lease holder moves at the end of the month. Who knows, maybe we'll all start growing our own vegetables and sing Kumbuya.

Anyway, feel free to call or email if interested or have any questions. Even if my place doesn't interest you I know a few other places with rooms available.
