It's easy to get this backwards too. Whenever I see a Roland rack synth, I think it looks exactly how it sounds. But I think that's because I've used them so very much ... I just hear that sound in my head when I see one .. and thus "it looks like it sounds" ... difficult to know which came first ..

On the opposite end here, my Monster PRO 2500 power conditioner. Looks really cool with the real time digital read out... doesnt make a damn sound. |
