| The Traveler is a compacted version of the 896-mkIII. It only has 4 of the 8 inputs balanced and, no line outs besides the data transfers. To correct Liquid, the midi in and out are located on the side of the unit which can be seen by visiting Motu's website. It also has the cheep looking level display that everyone seems to be complaining about. It however does have some cool features one being the option to connect a battery and run it off the grid, or run it strictly off your firewire bus power. I'm pretty sure no one responded to this post because it seems kinda self explanatory, and whatnot, but I thought I should add it for future people to get the heads up. Mikey P. |
