Siemens/Telefunken v276 A Preamp?

I've been surfing the site for quite some time but this is my first post . I was wondering if anyone out there has some experience with the Siemens V276a preamp.
I've been able to find some scattered information but nothing solid. I'm basically wondering how they would stand up to newer pre's, ie Great River, the Neve clones, etc.
I have already purchased one and am having it sent to me, but I was wondering if I should get two for stereo miking acoustic gtr. From what I have read they are pretty solid for this application. Any thoughts?

Cheers

Good amps, esp. for male voice, el. guitars.

I've owned a pair of them.
